Refund policy

Products are created on an as-ordered basis, therefore we do not accept returns. Please be sure to check sizing charts and product descriptions prior to placing your order. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will try to make it right.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrect are always eligible for a refund or replacement provided we are notified in a timely manner; we may require photos to evaluate the issue before issuing a refund or replacement.

Refunds are applied back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
